Terra Gastronomy family is Proud to announce the GYOZA BAR, a Modern Japanese Fusion specializing in Gyoza and Japanese style Cocktails – The first of its kind in Indonesia.

Located atTribeca in Central Park Mall and Downtown Walk Summarecon Mall Serpong, GYOZA BAR was conceptualized by two best friends – Chef Sambas (CORPORATE CHEF) and Chef Andy Ho (GYOZA BAR’s EXECUTIVE CHEF), both of whom have had more than 15 years of successful careers in various award winning restaurants in North America, such as À L’Os (Montreal), L’Atelier (Montreal), Morimoto (Philadelphia) and Yoshimoto  (New Jersey).
